TRAPER foot-operated car pump

The pump is distinguished by the original shape of a corrugated cylinder made of polyamide reinforced with glass fiber, which ensures shape stability and resistance to corrosion and deformation unattainable in steel cylinders. The design of the pump is the result of many years of experience. Its dimensional proportions have been optimized in terms of pumping efficiency in the range of pressures used when inflating car tires.

The TRAPER foot pump is equipped with a precise pressure gauge with an accuracy class of 1.6, compliant with the European standard EN 837-1.

The pump uses a pressure gauge with a 50 mm diameter dial with an adjustable pointer, a measuring range of 0 – 6 bar and a scale of 0.1 bar.

TRAPER was designed as a car pump transported in the trunk of a car, with the prospect of being used in an emergency situation, often in unfavorable field conditions, with the need to pump on uneven or soft ground.

Taking these conditions into account, we placed the popular START pump, which we have been producing for years, on a wide, rigid base that allows pumping on any surface. We built the whole thing in a plastic package in the shape of a handy box.

As a result, we have obtained a product intended for demanding users who value the accuracy of pressure measurement and take into account the possibility of pumping in the field.

The TRAPER car pump with a hose with a clamp tip designed to operate Schrader type car valves is equipped with a set of tips extending the scope of its use. These are:

blowing tip, as well as for inflating mattresses and children’s toys
reduction for Dunlop-type bicycle valves
football pin.
